⁂ According to Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin the French restauranteur Beauvilliers 'was the first to have an elegant dining room, handsome well-trained waiters, a fine cellar and a superior kitchen'. This second issue adds a supplement, which includes vinegars and mustards.
