Middle East.- Turkish Empire.- Homann (Johann Baptist) Imperium Turcicum in Europa, Asia et Africa Regiones Proprias, Tributarias, Clientelares ..., detailed map centred on the Levant and Arabian Peninsula, with the Mediterranean, southern Europe and the Baltics, with part of Iran in the east, large decorative cartouche in the lower left, engraving with hand-colouring on laid paper with indistinct watermark, platemark 503 x 610 mm. (19 3/4 x 24 in), sheet 565 x 625 mm. (22 1/4 x 24 1/2 in), central vertical fold with some splitting and repairs to lower margin, otherwise marginal nicks and small repairs, handling creases and minor surface dirt, unframed, Nuremberg, [1737].
