"Mandey was a London teacher of mathematics... This is not an original work but rather a compilation of translations of the work of others - perhaps from Mandey's own book collection. The majority are based on the work of Johann Jacob Heinlin [sic], but Mandey also mentions [other authors]." - Tomash & Williams.
