Arabian Peninsula.- Oman.- Wellsted (Lt. James Raymond) Map of Oman in Arabia, an early map of part of Oman and part of the United Arab Emirates, with vignette in the lower left corner showing a desert landscape with an oasis, Bedouins and a camel, for Royal Geographical Society Journal, engraving with hand-colouring, on thin wove paper, sheet 405 x 420 mm. (16 x 16 1/2 in), faint folds as issued, unframed, John Murray, 1837; together with corresponding Journal, Volume the Seventh, 1837, Part 1, and Sketch of a route to the Ruins of Nakab Al Hajar on the Southern Coast of Arabia, 1837 (3).
