Zhivotnoe kosmosa. Samozarozhdenie [Plant of the Future. Animals of the Cosmos. Spontaneous Generation], 1929, text in Russian, a few ff. a little stained, some staining at staples, browning, original wrappers, some soiling and staining, small 8vo, 1928-29.

⁂ The significance of Tsiolkovsky's work in rocketry and space travel was greatest in Russia where it inspired early development independent of American and European research.
