Trees.- Hitt (Thomas) A Treatise of fruit-trees, second edition, 7 folding engraved plates, final directions to binder f., plates at pp.96 and 154 with repaired tear without loss, some water-staining at start, occasional spotting or light staining, lightly browned, contemporary calf spine in compartments and with brown morocco label (little chipped, not affecting lettering), spine ends neatly repaired, some water-staining, rubbed, [Henrey 848; Hunt 562 (note); ESTC T113223], Printed for the author; and sold by T. Osborne and J. Shipton, in Gray's Inn; and J. Richardson, in Pater-Noster-Row, 1757; and 2 others, Trees, v.s. (3)

⁂ Hitt worked in the counties of Lincoln, Nottingham, and Kent, including at Belvoir Castle.
