Description

Ravilious (Eric) The Wood Engravings..., introduction by J.M.Richards, number 152 [of 500 copies], text printed on pale blue paper, plates and illustrations, 3 folding, prospectus and order form loosely inserted, first issue binding (one of c.250) of original pictorial hessian printed with illustrations in black, patterned-paper endpapers, spine a little browned (as usual), cloth slip-case (very slightly rubbed at edges), folio, Lion and Unicorn Press, 1972.

⁂ According to the prospectus 500 copies were printed in total, of which Greenwood suggests c.250 were issued in this binding.
