Walsingham (Thomas) Historia brevis...ab Edwardo primo, ad Henricum quintum, title within elaborate woodcut border and with 6 woodcut portraits of kings to verso, lacking blank at end of preliminaries but with 2R4 at end, tear to inner margin of two preliminary leaves, Henry Bynneman, 1574 bound with [Asser (John) De rebus gestis Aelfredi, edited by Matthew Parker], lacking 6 preliminary leaves, printed in Anglo-Saxon type, [John Day], [1574] and Walsingham (Thomas) Ypodigma Neustriæ vel Normanniæ... ab irruptione Normannorum usq. ad annum 6 regni Henrici quinti, [edited by Matthew Parker], title within elaborate woodcut architectural title and with 7 portraits of dukes to verso, small rust-hole to K4, final leaf stained and frayed at edges lacking small portion from lower edge with loss to a few lines, John Day, 1574, together 3 works in 1 vol. (the second work bound between preliminaries and text of the first), first editions, woodcut head- & tail-pieces and initials, eighteenth century sprinkled calf with triple gilt fillet and floral ornaments to corners, spine gilt, a little rubbed, short splits to joints and slight wear to head of spine, [STC 25004, 863 & 25005], folio
