Papier-mâché binding.- Shakespeare (William) Sentiments and Similes of William Shakespeare...by Henry Noel Humphreys, second edition, elaborate chromolithographed border to first text f., other leaves printed in black and gold, occasional very light spotting, hinges strengthened with cloth, original black papier-mâché boards with red paper background, rebacked, brown oval relief portrait of Shakespeare on upper cover and author's initials on lower cover, few small chips to cover extremities, red endpapers, g.e., 1857; and a copy of Humphrey's Record of the Black Prince in similar papier maché binding but lacking title, small 4to (2)
