Lt. Gen. G.L.Parker, contemporary mottled sheep, spine gilt with floral motifs and red roan labels, a little rubbed, small folio, Lyons, G.Rouille, 1555.

⁂ The first part shows Roman cavalry, infantry, trumpeters, building a camp, battering rams, helmets etc. The title mentions a third part ‘De la Religion des anciens Romains’ but this was not published until the following year and is therefore not included in the book.
