Vanbourgoin, Le Troubadour; Opera singer.- Archibald (Phyllis, opera singer, fl. 1908-23) 16 Autograph Letters signed, 3 Autograph Postcards signed and 2 Christmas Cards signed to Tom Bass of Manchester, together 39pp. and 5 sides, v.s., London, Paris & elsewhere, 1913, 1923 & n.d., on a variety of music related news, including touring, "I have left the Carl Rosa Company & joined the Moody Manners [Opera Company]", and "As you will see I am now in New Zealand.... the opera broke up on October 13th with [Dame Nellie] Melba's farewell in Melbourne..."; and 3 others letters to Tom Bass, folds, v.s., v.d.(26).
