Manuscript receipts.- Culpeper (Nicholas) Pharmacopoeia Londinensis: or The London dispensatory, 2 parts in 1, 'sixth edition', double column, titles within woodcut typographic border, contemporary ink receipts to endpapers (including 'for the stanchill of blood'), lacking 2G2&7, I1 trimmed at foot, affecting a little text, 2H1 lower corner frayed, just touching text, but without loss of sense, occasional spotting or light staining, lightly browned, contemporary blind-ruled sheep, sympathetically rebacked, some worming to upper cover, corners worn, rubbed and marked, [Wing C7530], 8vo, Printed by Peter Cole, 1659.
