(William Stevens, editor) Historical Collections relating to the American Colonial Church, 5 vol., one of 250 copies, initial ff. vol. 1 loose, vol. 1 hinges broken (textblock detached), vol. 2 ff. all loose (gutter perished) and some ff. in vol. 3 likewise so, those ff. which are loose generally a little chipped and brittle, drab cloth, for the subscribers, Hartford, 1870-78; and a quantity of others, mostly 19th century, all with American imprints (for example New-York, Boston, Baltimore, Milwaukee and Philadelphia) on a variety of subjects mostly relating to theology or the church in America, including a sizable group of pamphlets (extracts from journals and sermons etc), a collection of personal prayerbooks, and an odd vol. from 'An Atlas to Accompany the Official Records of the Union and Confederate Armies' (Washington, 1891), v.s.
