Bewick (Thomas).- Brown (Walter) Fables, printed on vellum, wood-engraved frontispiece, title-vignette and 27 illustrations, head- & tail-pieces by Thomas Bewick & others, decorative initials, final leaf of text lightly soiled, with manuscript presentation slip to Richard Bonynge dated 1996 tipped in at beginning, modern half crimson morocco, upper cover with title in pen & ink, preserved in modern cloth drop-back box, 4to, S.Grosvenor, 1884.

⁂ According to Library Hub "one of three copies on vellum", one being in the University of Birmingham Libraries.

?Richard Bonynge (b. 1930), Australian conductor & pianist, widower of the late opera singer Joan Sutherland.
