Bewick (Thomas).- Select Fables, in Three Parts, second edition, second impression, wood-engraved title-vignette, illustrations & tail-pieces by Thomas & John Bewick, faint ink signature to head of title, lightly browned, 19th century calf with double gilt fillet, by W.Pratt, g.e., a little rubbed, rebacked preserving old gilt spine with green roan labels, with bookseller's ticket of R.D.Steedman of Newcastle, preserved in modern cloth drop-back box, [Tattersfield TB 2.574], small 8vo, Newcastle, T.Saint, 1784.

⁂ Rare. A re-issue of the edition of 1776 but with new and improved illustrations.
