⁂ Rare edition at auction. Moseley (1742-1819) received medical training in London and in 1768 he set up as a surgeon-apothecary in Kingston, Jamaica, where he also held the post of Surgeon-General. While there he published a work on dysentery, and this longer work on coffee; one of the island's principal exports.
