Reynolds (Sir Joshua, portrait and history painter and art theorist, 1723-92).- Indenture agreement in five parts between George Fermor, Earl Pomfret, Anna Maria Draycott and numerous others including Joshua Renolds as a signatory, relating to debt on furnishing and building a house, including other furnishers (Mayhew furniture suppliers etc.), D.s. "Joshua Reynolds" and many others, manuscript on vellum, twelve large sheets, calligraphic printed decoration at head of first page, rule in red, first page water-stained affecting some legibility, folds, browned, creased, c. 660 x 790mm., 30th June 1773.
