Jones (Owen) The Song of Songs which is Solomon's, chromolithographed throughout on 16 thin card leaves, illuminated in many colours and heightened with gold by Owen Jones, some light foxing, ink inscription to front free endpaper, upper hinge split with a few ff. loose or becoming so, original relievo calf elaborately embossed with title on upper cover and initials on lower, by Remnant & Edmonds after Jones, spine embossed, g.e., cream glazed endpapers printed in blue and gold, rubbed, 1849 § Thornbury (Walter) Historical & Legendary Ballads & Songs, wood-engraved frontispiece and illustrations by Whistler, Tenniel & others, contemporary red morocco, richly gilt, by Harrison of Pall Mall, g.e., rather rubbed and scuffed, 1876; and another, 8vo & small 4to (3)
