The Whole Works of Homer; Prince of Poetts in his Iliads, and Odysses, engraved pictorial general title by William Hole with portrait of Chapman to verso, with all blanks as called for (*1, A6, 2G8, 2A1, R8 & 2I8) and 8pp. additional sonnets at end of Iliad, with letterpress dedication rather than engraving and "Homer's" in Iliad head-lines in italics, without engraved or letterpress titles to Odyssey,[STC 13624.5], [by Richard Field, William Jaggard, and Thomas Harper] for Nathaniell Butter, [?1634]; [The Crowne of all Homers Workes Batrachomyomachia or the Battaile of Frogs and Mise...], lacking initial blank and engraved title but with 4pp. epilogue at end, [STC 13628], [John Bill], [?1624], together 2 works bound in 1, woodcut head-pieces and initials, engraved title to first work browned and shaved at fore-edge, Iliad browned and with light water-staining at beginning, K2 of Odyssey with hole to upper margin and X4 with short marginal tear, contemporary calf, rubbed, rebacked, new calf label with date 1616, corners repaired, folio; sold not subject to return
