Apuleius (Lucius, Madaurensis) Philosophi platonici quae quidem extare novimvus monimenta, 2 vol., ?half-title to vol. 2, occasional manuscript markings and notes to margins, most in red pencil and a few in ink, woodcut device to final leaf verso, [Adams A1363], Basel, Heinrich aus Basel Petri, 1533, bound with ?a partial work by the same, contemporary calf, rebacked and recornered, edges stained in red, 12mo.

⁂ Provenance: Christopher Wordsworth (1807-85), presumably the Romantic William Wordsworth's younger brother, scholar and Bishop of Lincoln [engraved bookplate].
