Eragny Press.- Moore (T.Sturge) A Brief Account of the Origin of the Eragny Press &...A Bibliographical List of the Eragny Books printed in the Vale type..., one of 235 copies on Arches paper, wood-engraved illustrations designed by Lucien Pissarro and engraved by him and Esther Pissarro, light water-stain to upper margin of a few leaves, small gilt-stamped leather bookplates of Francis Kettaneh and another to front pastedown (the first offset on title), original floral patterned-paper boards, uncut, very slightly rubbed at corners, rebacked to style, new endpapers, 1903; The Little School, a Posy of Rhymes, one of 175 copies on Arches paper, wood-engraved illustrations, decorations & initials designed by Lucien and engraved by Esther Pissarro, free endpapers browned, original floral patterned-paper boards, uncut, very slight rubbing to corners & spine ends, 1905, 8vo, Eragny Press (2)

⁂ Following the closure of the Vale Press in 1903 Pissarro was henceforth unable to use the Vale type and so designed his own typeface. The first was the first book printed in his new Brook type and serves as a bibliography of the Vale books. The first is dedicated to Charles Ricketts, the second to Sybil Pye. Moore introduced Pye to Ricketts who sparked her interest in bookbinding and she produced her first binding in 1906.
