Levant.- Rycaut (Paul) The Present State of the Ottoman Empire, second edition, engraved portrait frontispiece, 2 engraved plates, engraved illustrations, frontispiece with short tear and old repair, one plate with small loss to bottom corner, C3 with tiny hole affecting odd letter, F2 & F3 with large tear into text and old repair, F2 with marginal hole, F3 with small loss to top edge, occasional underlining in old ink, large engraved armorial bookplate and another bookplate, contemporary calf, initials in gilt to centre boards, backstrip beginning to split at upper joint but holding firm, small loss to spine foot, sympathetic repair to spine head, a little rubbed, bumping to corners and extremities, [Blackmer 1463], folio, for John Starkey and Henry Brome, 1668.
