Description

Sweden.- Swedish School (18th and 19th century) Large collection of prints and drawings from Värnanäs Manor, Sweden, three portfolios comprising several hundred drawings, prints, academic studies of architecture and chalk studies after old masters, by various hands and from various publishers, including two small collections of aquatints by Carl Akrel, in original blue wrappers dated 1803, other original drawings signed by G. Mannerskantz, and many unsigned, with numerous lithographs and engravings, all various sizes, loose, unframed, presented across three large portfolios, mainly 19th century (qty.)
