Italy.- Vasi (Giuseppe) Raccolta delle più belle vedute antiche, e moderne di Roma, vol. 2 only (of 2), engraved title vignette, title with manuscript slip laid-down over imprint, 56 engraved plates only (of 101), small paper envelope laid down to front endpaper with card loosely inserted, most plates with small paper repair to inner margin head, one or two instances of spotting or light finger soiling, ?near contemporary patterned paper wrappers, worn, oblong folio, Roma, by the author, 1786.

⁂ A sharp and overall clean collection of plates of views of Rome ancient and modern by renowned engraver Giuseppe Vasi, made up from the edition issued after his death by his son, Mariano. The manuscript slip laid-down to imprint reads [nel]"la Casa Barazzi"; ?altering the usual imprint of "nel Palazzo Farnese".
