The actual alcohol is approximately 15% and residual sugar at 105g per litre. The wine is barrel-fermented and aged in oak barrels for 24 months. All of Chapoutiers' vineyards are farmed organically and the wines certified biodynamic. On the nose, expect candied fruits and honey, followed by a rich and concentrated palate with balance and superb length. This magnum is signed by Michel Chapoutier, Mathilde Chapoutier and Maxime Chapoutier.

All lots in this special charity auction were donated by the producers and shipped directly from their cellars. Now lying at LCB VT.
