Gouge (William) Of domesticall duties eight treatises. I. An exposition of that part of Scripture out of which domesticall duties are raised. II. 1. A right coniunction of man and wife. 2. Common-mutuall duties betwixt man and wife. III. Particular duties of wiues. IV. Particular duties of husbands. V. Duties of children. VI. Duties of parents. VII. Duties of seruants. VIII. Duties of masters, first edition, title within double-rule border with typographic decoration, woodcut initials and headpieces, C3 & 4 transposed, occasional light browning, ink inscription to title and rear endpaper, contemporary calf, rebacked, initials "W. B." stamped in gilt on covers, corners repaired, [STC 12119], small 4to, by John Haviland for William Bladen, and are to be sold at the signe of the Bible neere the great north doore of Pauls, 1622.
