In which those Formes are warranted, or rather justified, which the malignant Sect contemne, and daily by prophane Pamphlets make ridiculous, first edition, woodcut initial and typographic headpiece, title shaved at head touching first word, bookplate to pastedown, 20th century crushed blue morocco, g.e., [Wing T430], small 4to, n.p. 1642.
