Westley" to William Gates at Little Waldingfield, Suffolk, 1p., address panel on verso, 250 x 175mm., n.p., 17th February 1703, complaining that he has not repaid a debt, "You know you have delayed to pay me what you long since promised: And therefore I shall not regard yor word any more... when ever you pay me the principal, you must remember to pay twenty guineas at last in the same: for I have a note of under yor hand for so many", folds, slightly creased and browned.
