1996 Batailley, 12 bottles of 75cl
OWC. Pauillac, Bordeaux, France. 16/20 1996 Vintage Jancis Robinson When to drink: 2013 to 2025 Mid crimson. Lightweight, low-key nose. Sweet start and then a bit of acidity and some rather green tannins. Pretty astringent finish. Maybe with a bit more time this will blossom? Jancis Robinson Tasted: 17-Feb-2011. Recently removed from the Wine Society.
