Dark crimson with an evolved rim. Notably aromatic – top ex-Lafite barrels? Delicate, light bodied but very fragrant and ready to drink. Just a slightly charred note on the end. Bone-dry finish. Tastes almost more like a classic St-Estèphe. Jancis Robinson
