Fables, translated by Sir Roger l'Estrange, number 491 of 525 copies signed by the artist, copper-engraved title and plates by Stephen Gooden, also decorative initials, light offsetting as usual, original pictorial vellum, gilt, by Leighton-Straker, with fox in gilt on upper cover and bunches of grapes in corners, t.e.g., others uncut, light spotting to covers, board slip-case (rubbed and soiled), small 4to, 1936.
