Schwerdt copy.- Crescentiis (Petrus de) Le livre des prouffitz champestres et ruraulx, collation: A-V6 x-z6 &4, title in red and black and within handsome woodcut historiated border, verso of title with woodcut of the printer presenting the book to King François I, large and small woodcuts within text (some repeats), woodcut criblé initials, final verso with large woodcut printer's device, a few spots, marks or light stains, but generally crisp and clean internally, contemporary blind-stamped panelled calf, lacking ties, head of spine neatly repaired, foot of spine with small piece missing, corners worn, rubbed, folio (268 x 184; binding 275 x 191mm.), Paris, [Philippe le Noir], [15 February, 1529].
