White (Robert, 1645-1703) Patricius Comes de Marchmont, or Portrait of Patrick Hume, 1st Earl of Marchmont, after Godfrey Kneller, engraving, an excellent clean impression, on ivory laid paper, with watermark of a fleur de lis within a shield, platemark 463 x 345 mm. (18 1/4 x 13 1/2 in), with good margins (5-10 mm.), very minor spotting and surface dirt, unframed, [circa 1698-1700]; together with John Baptist Jackson's (1701-1780) 'Portrait of Algernon Sidney, after Justus van Egmont', chiaroscuro woodcut printed from four blocks in brown, grey and ochre, on laid paper without watermark, sheet 340 x 225 mm. (13 1/2 x 8 7/8 in), [Kainen 33], circa 1720-1780; with Abraham Bloteling's (1640-1690) 'Portrait of Anthony Ashley Cooper, first Earl of Shaftesbury', after John Greenhill, engraving, on laid paper without watermark, platemark 420 x 310 mm.
