Rowlandson (Thomas, 1756-1827) Nymphs bathing in a woodland river, pen and grey ink, red ink, watercolour, over graphite on wove paper, without watermark, 145 x 234 mm. (5 7/8 x 9 1/4 in), faint incised vertical line to left hand edge of sheet, some surface dirt and rubbing of pigment
