? An exceptional assembly of rare children's books. The first title has been attributed to Mary Shelley as her first book, written when she was only 8 years old. There are also arguments that it was the work of John Taylor, whose companion work Monsieur Tonson is included here. A series of comic stanzas on French and English stereotypes illustrated by Godwin's friend William Mulready, Mounseer Nongtongpaw pillories John Bull for his inability to understand French.
