⁂ Rare printer's type specimen showing the range of types and ornaments in a Dutch printing house in the early nineteenth century. The firm was founded by Herman Carel Anton Thieme of Wesel in Germany in 1792, and was continued by his four sons in Arnhem and Zutphen. Carl Albert was his grandson and operated as a bookseller, printer and publisher. WorldCat records only 5 copies, all in the Netherlands.
