Davis-Colley to verso of frontispiece and head of title, B4v with marginal paper repair, M1 with small rust hole in text, a couple other small marginal holes or short tears, P5 & P7 with upper corner burnt, not affecting text, R2 with paper flaw but no loss, scattered foxing and the odd mark, occasional damp-staining to head, autograph medical receipt in an early hand to rear free endpaper, a few ink scribbles to endpapers, contemporary sheep, wear to corners, spine ends frayed, [Wing H1070], small 8vo, for Nathaniel Brook, 1666.
