Middle East.- Laborde (Léon de) Voyage de la Syrie, first edition, lithographed title vignette, 2 historiated woodcut initials within borders by Fragonard, 157 tinted lithographs on 74 plates, by Letronne and Freeman after Laborde, Champmartin, Deroy and others, one or two printed with colour, tissue-guards, this copy bound without introductory text, scattered light foxing, occasionally affecting images, small chip to fore-edge of final plate, modern half-morocco, very slight rubbing to corners and spine extremities, folio, Paris, Firmin Didot, 1837.
