Epicvrvs's morals, collected partly out of his owne Greek text, in Diogenes Laertius, and partly out of the rhapsodies of Marcvs Antoninus, Plvtarch, Cicero, & Seneca, first edition in English, engraved portrait frontispiece, title in red and black and with small woodcut ornament, woodcut head-pieces and decorative initials, e2 verso shaved at foot, occasional light marginal soiling or toning, contemporary sheep, neatly rebacked, some wear to corners, [Wing E3155], 8vo, Printed by W. Wilson, for Henry Herringman, 1656.
