Wilde (Oscar) [The Works], 15 vol., first collected edition, one of 1000 sets on hand-made paper, bookplate to endpapers, blue crushed half morocco by Bayntun for Asprey, spines lettered in gilt, spines a little dulled, a few small patches of rubbing or surface wear, t.e.g., others uncut, 8vo, 1908-22.
⁂ Included is "For Love of a King" issued in 1922 and often missing from the set. "The Picture of Dorian Gray" has the imprint of Charles Carrington of Paris while the rest bear Methuen and Co.
