The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, first edition, colour frontispiece and illustrations by Pauline Baynes, neat ink ownership inscription to front pastedown, original green cloth, very slight shelf-lean, light splash-marks to upper cover, sunning to spine, dust-jacket, 1" portion of loss to foot of spine, chipping to head of spine and corner, neatly repaired tear running across upper panel, upper fore-edge and joint with neat repairs, neat tissue strengthening to head of spine, 8vo, 1950.
