[Lanquet (Thomas)] [An epitome of cronicles...now finished and continued to the reigne of our soueraine lorde kynge Edwarde the sixt by Thomas Cooper], first edition, with blank F4, woodcut initials, colophon f. with large woodcut printer's device to verso present but bound at start, lacking title and preliminary A4, E4 tear into text at head without loss, Sig. I frayed at fore-edge with loss to some printed side-notes, 3E1 loss to fore-edge affecting printed side-notes, Q3v-Q4 text crossed through in ink and no longer fully legible, smaller passages similarly treated to 3H3, 3I1 & 3Z3, some contemporary marginal inscriptions, trimmed at fore-edge occasionally affecting printed side-note, soiling and some light staining, gutter cracked at points, later calf, spine with vertical split but just holding, worn, covers detached, [STC 15217], small 4to, in fletestrete in the house of Thomas Berthelet, 1549.
