Law.- [Phayer (Thomas)] A Booke of Presidents exactly written in maner of a Register, newlye corrected..., lacking final preliminary blank before A1 (¥4)?, initial ff. washed and silked, several with minor marginal defects, some with paper restoration (including title) , not affecting text, light mainly marginal soiling, a few ff. with light marginal damp-staining, modern calf with panel imitation, spine sunned, [STC 3343], 8vo, Richard Tottel, 1584.

Provenance: George Pugh (ink ownership inscription to final leaf verso, dated 1792). Previous ink ownership inscriptions to title and subsequent leaf, washed and no longer conclusively legible.
