St. Dominic's Press.- Lectiones ad Matutinum officii Defunctorum, [one of 200 copies of which around 180 copies were destroyed], printed in red and black with musical notation, fifteen wood-engravings by Eric Gill, light browning to title and endpapers, original variant brown cloth-backed boards, discolouration to spine, spotting to covers, corners bumped, [Gill 388b; Taylor & Sewell A131b], 4to, Ditchling, St. Dominic's Press, 1925.
⁂ A rare St. Dominic's Press item with only around twenty copies now thought to exist as Pepler, dissatisfied with the finished book, decided to destroy most of the print run. Evan Gill noted in his bibliography that at the time of writing he had been unable to view a copy.
