Fitzclarence (Lieutentant-Colonel George Augustus) Journal of a Route Across India, through Egypt, to England, first edition, hand-coloured aquatint frontispiece and 11 plates, of which 8 hand-coloured, one large folding engraved map, one or two short marginal tears, old tape repairs and strengthening to verso, 6 engraved maps and plans, faint off-setting, scattered spotting and staining, strengthened hinges, broken upper hinge, contemporary half-calf, rebacked retaining original backstrip, a little rubbed, bumping to corners and extremities, [Abbey Travel 519; Blackmer 597], 4to, 1819.
