Plautus (Titus Maccius) Ex Plauti comoediis XX, collation: *6 **8 a-z8 A-M8 N4, woodcut Aldine device to title and final leaf verso, some light marginal foxing, modern morocco expertly preserving original sixteenth century covers, richly gilt with a panel design featuring foliate border within single rule and foliate corner-pieces surrounding central device, original tie holes still visible, edges gilt and gauffered, 8vo (211 x 126mm.) Venice, heirs of Aldus and Andrea Torresano, 1522.
⁂ The only Aldine edition of the Comoedia of Plautus.
