⁂ Rare edition at auction of the works of this 15^th century Italian humanist, orator and bishop, who was part of the circle of the humanist Julius Pomponius Laetus. 'A re-issue is known with sheet a2/7 and quire ee reset, and the date 1 July 1502 added to the colophon (BMC V (reprint) p.lii, CIBN). There is no reason to assume that the undated issue should also be dated 1502' (ISTC).
