Boyle (Robert) Experiments and Considerations Touching Colours, first edition, title in red and black, engraved folding plate (torn without loss), title trimmed at head, torn and repaired at inner margin, A2 numerical ink stamp to foot, trimmed close at head, very occasionally shaving headline or pagination, Sig. 2A neat repair to head of gutter affecting couple letters, a few other tiny tears without loss, some very small worming to lower margin, mainly near start, lightly browned, occasional faint foxing, attractive modern antique-style calf, gilt, [Wing B3967], 8vo, for Henry Herringman, 1664.
