Gill (Eric) Two original ink designs and three variant trial proofs for 'The Last Judgement', the former are pen and ink with touches of white, the latter being wood-engravings, all but one on thin chine paper, each image approx. 44 x 57 mm (1 3/4 x 2 1/4 in), all with small margins, minor surface dirt and browning, mounted as one, unframed, [cf. Physick 107], 1917; together with 2 further larger scale drawings attributed to Eric Gill, including one traditionally understood to be a design for the Golden Cockerel Press, and the other a World War I soldier with rifle, with Victoria Cross symbol, possibly a design for a war grave, pencil, the latter mentioned with blue wash, 153 x 93 mm (6 x 3 3/4 in), and 190 x 115 mm (7 1/2 x 4 1/2 in), all unframed, early 20th century
