Lennon (John) A Spaniard in the Works, reprint, signed presentation inscription from the author and 2 original drawings by John Lennon, one of illustrated portrait of John and Yoko to title, another typical character original illustration front free endpaper, ink ownership name of "Bob Freeman, '65" to front free endpaper, illustrations by the author, occasional fore-edge spots straying to margins, original pictorial boards, corners a little bumped, light surface marking, 4to, 1965.
⁂ Inscribed "to Paula love from John Lennon" with an accompanying usual sketch of John and Yoko, dated July 1966 (Lennon would have been on the infamous Philippines leg of the Beatles world tour). With dated ownership inscription of Robert "Bob" Freeman (1936-2019), Beatles photographer who shot some of the band's most recognizable images which featured on several of their album covers.
